Where Milwaukee Bucks Rank Among Teams With Most NBA 2K24 Star Power

Where Milwaukee Bucks Rank Among Teams With Most NBA 2K24 Star Power
Fact Checked by Nate Hamilton

The NBA has turned into a league of stars - the best players generate the hype and headlines, and make the most money. While not always the case, the best players are often the ones on the winning teams at the end of the day. This is why the Golden State Warriors have been a winning machine over the past few years with stars Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Kevin Durant among others spending time with the club. The Milwaukee Bucks managed to ride superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo to a championship in the midst of the Warriors run of excellence, using their own star power to win a title.

With this in mind, BetWisconsin decided to break from Wisconsin sports betting updates and look at which teams had the most stars in the game and to see where the Bucks ranked with the rest of the league. We used a ranking of 85 as the threshold for star power and looked at 2Krankings.com to gather our information.

The Bucks Tied At The Top With 3 Stars

The Bucks rank at the top of the league with three-star players, one of six teams to have three stars including the Warriors, the Boston Celtics, and the Philadelphia 76ers. Milwaukee will need all of that star power to live up to their ranking again this year in an effort to rebound from 2023’s disappointing playoff exit, where they lost as a one-seed to the eighth-seeded Miami Heat. Milwaukee will once again rely on Antetokounmpo to be the catalyst, the star forward led them to their championship in 2021 and was the main reason they entered the playoffs as the East’s top-ranked team.

Antetokounmpo is joined as a star player in 2K24 by Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. Holiday was an All-Star in the league last year but got picked apart defensively by Jimmy Butler in the playoff loss. He and Middleton are a clear drop down from Giannis’ level of superstardom, but in a league full of stars teaming up in attempts to win championships they will need to surpass their rankings to help the Bucks live up to their full potential, which includes a chance at another NBA Championship.
